The hotel of choice in Interlaken. Extremely convenient and luxury place with top-class staff at reception desk. Unbeatable location in the shopping area, adjacent to beautiful Interlaken, the City and mountain and East train station. The rooftop restaurant on the premises.

It's just a short walk to the train station, a huge plus. The visitor pass they provide helps with local transport and attractions discounts. Though some facilities feel a bit dated, the location makes it worthwhile.

The outdated facilities really need to be addressed!!! An inconsistent hot water supply can be quite frustrating during a stay!!! The limited entertainment options on-site felt disappointing.
